    so I said screw it I want some ribs
    Had some run left over that a friend got me a while back and of course my favorite webers dry rub
    Here's a couple racks about an hour into the cook
    Beer is chilling and so am I

    So you always do the 2 or 3-2-1 method ?
    I have tried a few ways and seems for baby backs the 2-2-1 works best and st Louis style 3-2-1. I've done no foil wrap a few times and I find wrapping makes a difference

    Today I cooked 3-1-.30 LOL

    It varies on how I want to cook them but they normally all turn out great, I took these out to the store, dropped em on the breakroom table and said have at it, 5 minutes, they lasted 5 minutes LOL
