The best are the mattress movers. How is it almost everyone I see is doing it way wrong.

 

I got lucky once, I drove all over Phoenix and back home for 2days with my favorite crescent wrench on my van roof, I don’t know how that didn’t become a projectile

I drove about 12 miles with my tailgate down, with all my tools in the bed and a brand new Bosch skill saw in the carry box riding along on the edge.
It fell off when I pulled in the driveway.

 

If you don’t know how to make a mattress move, you’re in the wrong part of the internet.

 

Well, I’ve seen them move in more ways than one, voluntarily, so I’d like to know my other options.

Haha pretty much, I don’t have to deal with that, but basically that’s protocol, take all the residents shit and put it in the dryer for 2 hours. Most of the time it isn’t really bed bugs. I can’t even begin to describe some of the smells, some are heavenly, some are on a whole different level of wtf is going on in here!?!

In my defense....IT WAS A SALE!

 

I used to own a rental and tried to do most of the stuff, but chose a terrible management company that soured my entire outlook on renting, and at the time became more of a hassle and not coming out on top. So thankfully, I sold it before all of the pandemic started. It’s actually why I’m here today, the money I made from the sale, allowed me to buy my tundra!!!
I didn’t drive by the property for at least a year or so, when I did, it was pretty sad.

 

I’m actually extremely fortunate with my current tenants.
I’ve had some doozies though.
