The hose attachment fitting connects your garden hose to the tank to fill and pressurize the tank. I can definitely see where the internal hose would be needed. but if he mounted it on the passenger side it might work better since the outlet would be on the bottom vs the top

Not the greatest photo, bit you can see there's a third plate. As long as they kept the other mount locations the same I don't see why it wouldn't work :notsure:.

This is a great idea on using two sets of side bars. I have the same rack and it’s expensive but well worth the money. Did you drill and use 4 rivnuts to create the upper mounting locations? If yes, did you do anything for corrosion protection on the new mounting location holes?

I'm guessing the mounting locations are the same. I don't see a reason why they'd change those, but who knows.

Friend has a paint/body shop. Finally got my 3rd and tails smoked/cleared. Been waiting awhile because he’s so busy. I just let him do them when he had time. My neighbor has a tundra snd went aftermarket so he gave me his factory tails. If I every get fussed at by the cops or getting inspected, I can always put my originals back in.All done medium smoke. I am pleased with the work.

Looks like a very nice job. Turn signal seems very dark. Did you replace bulbs with LEDs?

Not done today, but Saturday I drove it to my dad's to pick him up and started driving it west for a father son trip.
So far we've hit the Badlands, Mt Rushmore, Crazy Horse, Sturgis, Deadwood, and Devils Tower. Tomorrow we head to Yellowstone and Grand Tetons, then Jackson Hole, then home to Georgia.

Loaded the truck with roughly 1/2 ton of gravel today for a backyard project and I was pleasantly surprised at how well my suspension felt with a load. I've been riding around with the back end jacked up and no weight so I knew it would be stiff but with 1000 pounds in the rear it really smoothed out. I'm actually considering throwing anything back there in the mean time to keep that comfy ride all the time. Pictures go loaded, unloaded, loaded, u loaded, rocks.

Since I plan on upgrading my tail lights in the hopefully near future (hurry up morimoto / meso), I decided to install these tail light covers ive had in my garage for about a year. I painted them with a cheap bedliner spraypaint last year and didnt like my sloppy job so ive been trying to slowly remove the old paint every here and there. Fast forward to now and I said F* it, im gonna repaint them and install them even if my paint job sucks. Well my paint job turned out worse this time around but oh well, they look alright from a distance.

If you think ima load gravel directly into my bed and let that shit seep out under the tailgate and scratch my truck for weeks before it all falls out you got me all wrong. Plus I don't currently own a wheel barrel so I improvised and was able to haul these through the garage to the back yard with the help of my slaves, kids... with the help of my kids.

A cheap tarp laid into the bed first will solve the first problem. No wheel barrow does complicate things.
But hey - your truck, your way.
And yeah, the first scratches on my new truck were hauling a load of compost and unloading it at the house.
