    Many Toyota dealerships are offering cat protection plates. I found it a couple months ago via basic internet search. Wanted to support our forum vendor so I ordered here, but there’s a sleek and effective option only available installed via dealerships.

    Many dealerships want me to supply them plates, the problem is that want a massive discount and they mark them up ALOT! Plus $200 for install is crazy for one plate

    They don't entertain the conversation further if you don't offer a discount? Even with your web site visible and available, I'd bet a dealership could sell and install plenty. At worst they should offer to install, even when the client buys from you.

    They lost their vendor status on here and were banned after customers tried to engage them for help with their roof rack install causing issues puncturing the side curtain airbags. They handled it poorly.

    • Alternatives: I'm sure a quick Google search will come up with a few options.
    • Pricing and Ordering: You can place your order via Tyler's website, as well as view his pricing: https://valhallasshields.com/.
    • Wait Time: As far as the wait time is concerned, Tyler has been through a few hiccups trying to get through all of the orders. He has been transparent about it the whole way through (if you've read through this entire thread). It appears that he's getting close to a point where he will finally be caught up soon.
    • Advantages: You can choose what metal (steel/aluminum) and what thickness of the metal you want, as well if you want it bare or powdercoated. Lastly, Tyler offers a rear cat plate, which extends protection further back for the rear cats.

    Today I revamped the pentagon bolts to make it more clear. I have removed the option from the rear cat plate and made 3 options at the products page for the pentagon bolts

    Interesting that what I talked to Desert Eagle they assured me that it covered the rear cats. I was skeptical even after they told me that, though. Looks like it'd prevent a sawzall from getting to the front of the rear cat, but still exposed.

    I have ALOT of powder coated black front cat plates now! I will have 10 rear cat plates powder coated tomorrow night and the rest of the stuff for the bare steel plates to start shipping at the same time.
