What have you done to your 2.5 gen Tundra today?

Which cleaning product did you use, this is amazing.

 

Yes sir I sprayed them with VHT cleared and sanded the stock ones.

 

Those wheels would look better with some Ridge Grapplers.

 

I really like KO2s and have had them on a couple trucks, just prefer 18" wheels over 20" and would like the tire to be a little taller

Thanks man! Love the way it sits now! 285/75/18 Ridge grapplers on +25 fuel vapor wheels. Lift is toytec aluma 2.5 series with SPC uca.

I did on an earlier post on this thread. If anyone is looking to do it shoot me a message and I’ll lay out what I did.

 

All excellent points and a good reminder to watch what we post. I’m not the best dot connector, though, as I couldn’t tell how your examples, even if taking them as a whole, had anything to do with license plates? It seems like all the examples you cited could be used anyway even without posting a pic of a license plate. Unless the license plate pic showing the state the vehicle is registered in helps somewhat in connecting those dots? If that’s the case, then maybe the location listed on our username info at the top of each of our posts should be redacted for the same reason. Either way, you made some good points!

 

Highly recommend the pro leds, worth it. I got the ihacker harness as well. Got the lights from Roman. It’s a more functional mod too. Had the lights first then eventually did the grille.

 

Wyoming plates list the county number on them. That drastically narrows the area that the vehicle is registered in. Blurring your plate hurts nothing, but it may help when it comes to keeping weirdos on the internet away.

 

I have the 2021 Platinum headlights... will I need anything different for the TRD PRO lights? I like the blacked out look and DO NOT feel like ripping apart these lights to paint the interior... I did that on my 2017... while fun... what a total PITA.

 

You replace the whole housing and it’s all plug and play. Not sure if a harness is needed on the newer ones. Mine had halogens on the 2015 so I needed a harness

 

I totally agree as I am the backup to the backup guy. Two is one and one is none. There is nothing wrong with making life hard for the crazy people out there.

 

If you already have factory LED headlights then the Pro lights will be plug and play.

I got really into your story! Point taken and thank you for sharing. Full disclosure though, I don’t know that I will be blurring my license plate (insert shoulder shrug).

 

Rainy afternoon so I installed this bad boy.



Now I can access the tundra from anywhere, crank and adjust and I always know where it’s located.

 

I also recommend the pro headlights. Did mine 2 weeks ago.They work great and look awesome.
