Hello. This is my first time on this forum and my first build up too. I just upgraded from my 05 access cab tacoma to a 2015 crewmax 4×4 sr5 and have been looking to start some upgrades. I've settled on an OME lift kit and was wondering if 305/55/20s would fit without any problems on a +25 offset rim. Also looking at 285/65/20 but prefer the 305s. Thanks for your time!

Welcome and congrats. You will love the OME kit. 305/55/20 will fit fine with +25 offset.

    Welcome to Tundras.com!

Shouldn't be an issue with the OME kit.
There might be some trimming / removal of the flaps and maybe some minor fender line trimming.

Okay thanks for the info everyone. My phone just broke so gotta take some new pics of it. Still saving up for the lift and rims now. Hopefully in the next month or so. Definitely post pics as soon as it's done though. If I wanted to avoid having to trim anything what do you think is the biggest tire I could get away with?

Nothing bigger than I 33" I would believe. Check the link in my sig and see if that will help.

OK thanks. When you talk about the trimming that would be needed for the 305s. Is that something I can mess up pretty easily? Sorry I'm completely new to this.

Nah. It's simple really. It's all under the wheel well anyways so it'll be hard to really notice it. You can use a sawzall, Dremel, etc. I just trimmed a little plastic off last week with simple cutters that was running against a bolt I was hearing squeak over bumps.

Alright, sorry to do this but i've been looking around and the 305s arent enough tire for me. What would it take to fit 35s with that lift. Also they can't extend out past what basic aftermarket fenders can cover. Again I appreciate all of the help from you guys!

You need to pick another wheel. If you go with 20x9 and 35 mm offset wheels, you should be able to mount 35x12.5x20 with the OME kit. That set up should look fine with smooth oem type fender flares.
