    Hello,
I've been looking online for 1" hub centric wheel spacers for my 2020 tundra pro. I've only seen a couple choices and one if them said I may have to grind my studs down a little for clearance. Have any of you experienced that and do you have any recommendations for where to get them? I'm putting on bushwacker OE style fender flares and would like the tires to be flush with the flares. Any help would be appreciated.

I have 1 inch Bora spacers. I didn't have to modify the studs at all since I'm running OEM TRD Off Road wheels that have knockouts in the back that allow them to clear. Just go with 1.25 Bora or Spidertrax and you'll be fine.

Thank you for the replies. I was hoping for 1" but I'll take your advice, hopefully the tires won't stick out to far.

Quarter inch is such a small difference. Doubt you will notice

I took off my wheel, measured the lug length, I don't see how a 1" spacer wouldn't work, since there's not quite an inch sticking out past the rotor. The backside of the wheel has indentations also.20200216_125628.jpg 20200216_125649.jpg

You'll be totally fine with the 1" spacers then. Same setup that I have. I think the rear studs are a little longer than the front. Here is what mine looked like.

Here's an idea of what 2" Boras with 12.5" wide tires will look like. They're on the stock TRD OR wheels (+60mm offset) making them sit at roughly +9mm offset.

Obviously no grinding with a 2" spacer, but figured I'd drop a pic so you may have some idea of what you'll be looking at. Was hard finding pictures to help me decide on a spacer size....eventually just pulled the trigger on 2" and I'm super pleased.

I have 1in Bora spacers. I recently replaced my rear shocks and took some pics since this issue has come up before. I think they are fine.

Right now I'm running the stock 275/65R18. I'm getting 295/70R18 put on tomorrow or early this week, though.

1" spacers will clear the studs on the front hubs, but the rear hub studs are longer. If there are "pockets" on your wheel where the studs can protrude into, it's no problem. But if you want the studs to be sub flush, you need 1.25" on the rear.

I got Bora 1" for the fronts and 1.25" for the rears. I wanted to make sure that my 35" tires didn't rub the body mounts. And based on my wheel offset adding 1.25" spacers up front may have caused rubbing.

I'm totally stock OEM. I'm installing OE style flares so I just wanted the stance to look right. Eventually I will go a size bigger tires on the OEM BBS wheels.

Confused, most guys are saying the rear studs are longer than 1". Just picked up set of the BBS Forged Pro wheels and like to know if I'd have issues running Bora 1". Apparently not...
Where did you pick up the spacers?
    Thanks

I thought the same thing based off the info I found on this site. The spacers came off my previous Tundra.. I purchased them directly through Bora a few years ago.

That doesn’t look like a 1” spacer. Compare with the pics of others in this thread. Had to cut the rear studs for 1” spacer on mine.

Just to confirm are you running the BBS-Forged Pro wheels? I picked up a set that were new and taken off a Pro. If they don't grow on me will probably sell off for Methods although they are light compared to a set of Fuel Sledge (heavy) wheels I just sold.

I have. A 21 pro with 1” Bora spacers. The rear studs stick through barely but the bbs forged wheels have a slot between lugs that the stud will sit into. No problems using those spacers.

Any pics you can share? Especially side profile to see how they align with the fenders.

This is all I have for pics. I didn’t take any before I put wheels back on. As you can see, the wheels stick out barely past the fender.

275/65. It’s what came on the truck. I’ll probably go with 285/70 when I wear these out.
