Pretty nice video they put together with pretty much all the info we currently know. I'm curious how that "carbon fiber inspired trim" looks in person. Looks pretty lame in pictures, and i would hate to see it after it starts to fade in a few years. If the payload is increased a good bit the new truck should make the Toyota fans happy.

I believe it had the two available power trains in the video. One being a 470HP hybrid.

    Pros:
-Looks like you might actually be able to see and reach the buttons on the bottom of the dash now.

    Cons:
-Creases on the fenders remind me of the Titan (or maybe that's just a very Nissan colour).
-Screen sticks out above the dash.
-An automatic shifter with a boot says European sedan to me and not in a good way.
-I'm assuming based on the wheels and the chrome door handles that's a Limited or higher but the grille looks like cheap black plastic to me (I'm not saying it is, just that it looks like it).

Is the bed of the DC full of heavy stuff?

I liked the previous pics but that’s kinda ugly. I’ll probably still get one if the payload is good though.

Same wheels and rear bumper and chrome door handles on both but the CM has chrome trim around the windows.

I'm definitely not sold yet....it doesn't look bad but the fact that my son said "That looks like a Titan married a Silverado!" says it all.

I think the exterior looks great. Better than it did in the renderings and the picture of the white TRD Pro or whatever that was that they released last month. I hope the crew cab with the 6.5 bed looks good too but if it doesn't I can live with a DC.

However, I'm not a fan of that glued on iPad junk they have going on there taking over the center of the dash.

The grills below the headlight appear to be closed off. So, we know there is a non-boosted variant as an engine choice.

That rear bumper is really weird. Looks like it will be easy to do a high clearance bumper now though.

    Payload?

Also don't know who in their right mind would tow 13,000 with a 1/2 ton.

Same. What does one do if the stock sound system isn't doing it for them?

Though to be fair, that's likely a limited or something. I'm guessing an SR5 version has a smaller in-dash radio, much like my wife's Highlander.

Trailer brake location - I like it where it currently is and they've kept the same spot

    Con:
Climate control looks to be all in the screen, I much prefer physical buttons

Dude, did they just pull a Chevy with the king cab version? Or is that a crew cab with really short rear doors?

Your Ford and GM numbers are off

GM is 420/460 for the 6.2

And Ford is up at 570 lb ft with the Hybrid and 430 HP, 24 MPG rated combined

Cool to finally see a non cgi pic! The red might not be its best colour but that thing will look pretty sharp in 040 or black I’d think.

The interior looks really nice. We have a similar style infotainment in our 2020 Toyota and really prefer it to the in-dash types.

I just am having a hard time with the rear doors on the king cab. Looks like a sedan now. I hated it on GMs and RAMs, really don't like it here. Hate seeing 2 short funny doors with regular door handles.
