Black and white aren't colors when speaking in terms of visible light spectrum. Our eyes perceive only the color that an object reflects, and black/white exist outside the spectrum. They aren't really colors, but just what our brains perceive when an object absorbs most visible colors in the spectrum, black, or reflects all visible colors in the spectrum, white.

So, in conclusion, black is the whore of colors that is just a bottomless dumpster for all spectrums of visible light (like your mom) and white is is phony in refusing to show it's true colors. Super untrustworthy.

This makes white the shadiest "color", because black is at least honest about it's low quality.

The color white is color at its most complete and pure, the color of perfection. The psychological meaning of white is purity, innocence, wholeness and completion.

The color white is cleanliness personified, the ultimate in purity!! This is why it is traditionally worn by western brides, and the reason why doctors wear white jackets.

My mom would even wear white when she was working. Dumpster or not.

 

Or... white is the sum of all its lesser brethren, greater than the sum of its individual parts. Black I won't comment on, I don't want BTM (black tundies matter) driving around my neighborhood (slowly... they are black) harrassing the locals.
