Key tag missing

    Just bought a used Tundra and did not get the little metal key tag that has the identifier code on it for key replacement. How do I get one

    Yes, the ID code can be pulled from the VIN. The new trucks don't even come with that tag any more.

    2021 SR5 TRD OR
    My 2021 with push button start came with 2 fobs and a 3rd plain key with the tag attached. I’m not even sure if that key would start the truck.
