I threw some spare LED bulbs in the plate lights, doors and dome but I apparently don’t have any that fit the map lights. Anyone know the size? I could just buy a new kit I guess? They are so cheap.

Started the day out by giving the ole truck a bath. Then did some trimming and hammering of the pinch welds to try to get rid of the last bit of rub. Lastly, replaced the suction hose and rubber portion of the return hose for the power steering reservoir along with a flush. Good day over all!

Tomorrow will be filled with envy as I help my cousin install his new front bumper an winch on his Tacoma.
...*Mumbling to myself* stupid truck with stupid after market support. Stupid. *

Picked up the truck from getting a little detail.
    Cleaned engine bay
    Shampoo’d and cleaned interior
Wash, claybar, polish and wax exterior

Looks a lot better but I’d still like to do some paint scratches touch ups and paint correction probably. The interior is a lot better. I throw cheap seat covers on but PHM woulda had to use two sets of gloves to touch this interior before. Multiple pictures for @bmf4069 ‘s benefit

They’re straps that go from lower control arms up to frame, at a specific length to limit your down travel, and keep your shocks from being over extended when you’re playin in the dirt.

IF the deal goes through, the tundra MAY not have drum brakes anymore... a set of the backing plates popped up on TW for cheap. i've got the cables left over from the tacoma install of the kit... rear discs appear to be the next step instead of the front 14wa.. but eventually i'll do the WA too.

Just ordered OME 2885 coils to replace my stock coils up front on my billy 5100s. Will still need to get rear leafs in the next month or so and get rid of the blocks back there.

@empty_lord I remember you said that the clock spring size for 05-06 AC & DC are different from 00-04, but the clock spring for my truck says that its the same as a 2004 DC.

So this part number (451000C171B2) is a steering wheel that says it fits 2003-2006 tundras but only Limited models. And this part number (451000C151B0) is for a wheel without audio controls and only fits SR-5 models 2003-2006. This Clock spring says it will fit a 2004 Limited DC and my truck (843060C021) , so does that mean any DC wheel would fit since they are all listed under the same part number? and Would the Clock springs in the same years really be different depending on the package of the vehicle?

Not saying I'm right here. I haven't done the research, this is more of a shower thought.
PSI, pounds per square inch. So if we get larger tires, wouldn't the factory rated psi be the same? I think the rating should only change if the weight of the truck changes.

Aww, you’re thinking about me in the shower?!?
I see your train of thought but larger tires can also carry heavier loads and so the manufacture states higher psi to account for it.
I think different ply tires would change things as well.
