I broke the first hole saw and bought one of the Milwaukee Tools saws that one of the forum members recommended. It worked like a champ.

Took off the 20% tint on front windows. Added wireless cell phone charger and installed a tonnosport bed cover.

Happen to have a picture of it? I was hoping for a quick install. If you found a bit that worked great I'll gladly run out and get the one that works.

Sorry to hear that. I hate when things never seem to go right.

Thanks Jim! I've got 2 to install, so the easier the better. I'll be picking one if these up.

Right?!? How long have you had yours? Being a "no drill" roof rack, its sturdy as hell. The engineering behind the mounting plates is pretty neat. Anyone that goes this route needs to use common sense on these racks. I don't plan on putting a RTT or carry my spare tire on it.

    it's coming
Took it on the sand for the 1st time.

Don't have a lot of 4x4 or off road experience a bit nervous getting there through the dunes, but Tundra did really good!

Same here. Took me longer to plug the drill in and tighten the bit than it did to drill the hole.

Yesterday I installed the VLEDS license plate bulbs (thanks at Hotshot @memario1214 ) and smoked them.

Met up with @CorsoTundra to buy his TRD Pro exhaust off of him. Great guy. Was nice meeting you, sir.

Came home and installed it. Looks and sounds awesome.

This could be one of 2 things. First could be that you need more tight, it is common to get a bit of deformation pulling the bracket into the plate. Second is it might just need a washer as a spacer. I have seen it both ways

Went to Lowe's to grab a new water filter for the fridge so I thought I'd look for that bit...forgot Lowe's doesn't carry Milwaukee. I'll need to go to Home Depot next weekend.

I would, but it will be a couple weeks yet before I can install the resonators, so not in a rush.
