I know this has been beat to death....I have fox 2.5 RR 3" front coil overs and Coachbuilder rear shackles. I am currently running the rear TRD sway bar and the factory standard front. Seem to get more body roll than I like. Would a thicker rear sway bar like the Hellwig help or changing out the front to the TRD bar?

    Change out both to hellwig

Yes, thicker will help. But how fast are you taking corners? I haul ass with my sway bar and the truck stays pretty damned planted.

I drive pretty "sporty". It stays planted, just seems like more body roll with the fox setup on it is all. Not a great comparison, but my 16' ram 2500 with full Thuren suspension had much less body roll to it and it was higher and bigger.

What tires and tire pressure are you running? Upping the pressure a couple lbs make a big difference in the body roll.

I have the trd rear bar on mine, works well, but if my tire pressure is a bit low it can feel like the sway bar is not there....not as bad as the truck was stock (OR package) but it does make a noticeable difference. Just something to check and consider.

More leaf spring is the answer, I have Dobinson's HD without any sway bar on the rear plus a Roadmaster active suspension HD kit, corners like a Porsche and that is with a three inch lift and armor. Plenty of tire squealing and passengers saying "OMG that was scary! Or so fast!"

I would get a thicker front before I doubled down on the rear bar. Also what ply tires to you have and what are your tire pressures. You can feel a lot of sidewall roll when cornering a big truck.

Does Hellwig sell FSBs for Tundra? I see they have the RSB and the Helper (Leaf) Springs

Thanks guys. I have e range ridge grapplers and run around 33 psi in the rear. Gives me a perfect chalk test and rides great. I may try a trd front one and see how it goes
