I made a driver seat mount for a 2 pound fire extinguisher, and a few members expressed interest in buying one. Next week I will be fabbing up some, so if anyone wants one please reply. These are super strong, no drill/seat bolt removal, rubber coated mounting points, perfect fit(it is tight), and most importantly, it is where it should be mounted in the cab. Turned out great, this is my prototype, I made a few tweaks for production next week. Reply if interested. Thanks!

    $70.00 shipped - continental US
    next week run only.

    update
*original batch quantity accounted for, deal if 15 more added(see below)*

$63.00 shipped - if 15 people commit, otherwise $70.00 shipped.

*these will not work on 2nd gen Tundras, if you have troubles email dbakert89@ yahoo.com*

Measure in between your seat brackets and let me know. I will have access to a 2nd gen on Sunday if not, and I will update.

I am almost positive, but have not had the chance to verify yet. Will be able to this weekend. The tight fit is due to all the wiring for the Platinum/1794 seats, there is a good bit of room otherwise.

Nice work, that looks great! Did you lose any of the forward range of movement for adjusting the seat?

I had planned on making 10 next week, but they are all accounted for now. I can make more, if 15 people commit to buy before noon on Monday(5/8) they will all be $63.00 shipped. I certainly wish these could be cheaper, everyone should have one, but these are built without compromise and are expensive to make. I stand behind them 100%, it is an awesome product.

****THIS MOD WORKS WITH POWER AND MANUAL SEAT ADJUSTMENT****

If you don't have a fire extenguisher mounted and are interested in driver seat storage this is by far the best setup I've seen. Very secure and easy access.

My plan is to leave it where it is and mount to my bed rack when wheeling. It's easy to remove and I can't imagine how it would ever come loose without manual intervention

Thank you for your help, it is very much appreciated!

I am going to make a list with everyone who has replied, and then have everyone confirm. Going to make them the week of 5/14-20, and ship 5/21-27, if the demand exists.

This is the final product, very happy with it.

This is the fire extinguisher it is designed for, it comes packaged under different names(auto/marine, marine, kitchen, etc.) and comes in silver or white.

Sorry guys I am traveling, Moab, Valley of the Gods, Sedona, etc.(so much fun), and have had little to no cell service. The list will be up tomorrow. Production and shipping dates are still the same, all will ship the week of 5/21-27.

I don't know, but I see no reason it wouldn't. You would have to drill 2 holes in the main bracket to center bottle bracket. Are you interested in trying one out?, I can send you one, but would need measurements in return.

Yeah I would definitely like to try one out. I have been researching fire extinguishers and the H3R brand seems legit. They are designed for off road use and they have halogen models which is what I want for the interior. I want to run a 2.5lbs halogen under my seat and a 5lbs class A/B/C in the bed. H3R makes a decent mount for the bed, but the one for their seat is universal and looks like a terrible design. I need something that will withstand heavy off road use.

I wasn't considering one of your mounts because I have manual seats, but now that you are saying they fit manual, I'm willing to give it a shot.

Send me a PM and let me know what you need to make this happen.
