It’s a 2020 w/12k miles. A while back I had to use Wolfgang 3.0 swirl remover with a orange pad. Don’t ask why, it was a mistake on my part. Right now the paint is 96-98% swirl/scratch free. I was planning on doing these steps.
    1. Dawn wash.
    2. Iron-x
    3. Quick wash again or rinse
    4. Clay bar
    5. Wash again
    6. Griots Garage 3-1 Ceramic coat
    7. Done
    Sound like a good plan.

Even though I've applied Griots 3 in 1 without doing so, a light polish may be in order after the clay bar/wash steps. Brian from Apex Detail has a video showing that claying can leave marring, even though I've not seen it to the degree he shows in the video. I've done without the polish step, even on black vehicles...but those were not 96-98 swirl free, and the customer did not have the budget anyway. Those details were very, very budget-minded, and focused on protecting the vehicles well for a reasonable fee. A product like Griots Perfecting Cream on a polishing pad should do the trick.

I was doing some reading on AutoGeek page. I have read several people now say that Toyota has soft paint/clear. Also that on average there is about 2mils of clear. I have already used swirl remover once, can't say how much clear I removed but that's why I don't want to do any swirl removers or anything abrasive. I can live with a few imperfection, its a truck and I use it as such. Also the clay bar I am using is non-abrasive and I have used it in the past without any issues.

Why Dawn wash, may I ask? As for the rest of your plan, it looks good to me. If you get any marring, and don’t want to polish, you could always use a paste wax to hide the imperfections. You’ll just have to reapply it once a month or so.

From what I have read it’s good soap to remove previous wax or other road grime and it’s safe on the paint. I do have a Maguires vehicle soap that I use and will use after my detail is done.

If you are going through this much work, i would do a second coat of 3 in 1 the next day.

I read great reviews on the 3-1 but also read some not so good. The not so good was the streaking on black vehicles. All the black vehicles got streaks for some reason. Could have been application error or user error. Either way Autogeek didn’t have it at the time I purchased my stuff so I went with Pinnacle Black Lable Synergy. See how that works out. It’s VERY hot and humid here in Miami so if anything I will do the 3-1 when it cools off and help with it not drying up so fast and streaking.

I think a lot of the streaking issues is with spraying too much on each panel.

Check your local Autozone for the Griots 3 in 1...same price as Autogeek, better price than Amazon. In my experience, it's one of the best over-the-counter products you can buy.
