Now, when it comes to pizza, I’m a pretty open minded thinker. At the end of the day, it’s a piece of flat bread acting as an edible plate. As long as the combination of foods/flavors work together, I’m willing to give it a try

 

Where were we?

 

Best pizza in Madison, maybe the country is Paisons. Been going there since high school. My parents always and I mean always get shrimp and sausage. It’s pretty amazing, the shrimp isn’t chewy and the sausage is top notch though.

 

Main problem I saw with all those pizzas... no cashews. What kind of heathens are you. Second best topping bar none.

 

Never saw that option before, but I would definitely try that, cashews are awesome.

 

Yeah, I'm luckier than most. Had a cool military job, got to go overseas, I left whole, and my disability doesn't mess with my head (besides the migraines).

The chemo is in the future but I'll deal with it when the time comes. Probably with sipping tequila.

What makes you think NJ gets to be counted? Pretty sure that if we are excluding people from pizza talks NJ would be out and only NYC and Chicago would be allowed to discuss... and they'd be knife fighting over what style was the greatest.

NYC learned pizza making from nj. Just cause they sell a giant slice from every corner "famous rays" dosen't make them good. NJ has been and will be the top ranked place for pizza. Deep dish isn't pizza, it's pizza ingredients in a breadbowl or pizza soup

 

I guess my state is split between the Mormons and Vegas section and Canada. I'm okay with this.

 

Love the Cajun and creole food hands down beats the New England boiled dinner
