Left today on our cross country trip. From marysville, WA to Astoria, OR for the first stop. Only 200 miles or so.

Landed right next to another Tundra at the KOA.




Not sure if anyone here is a fan of the movie Goonies, but we are gonna go check out the house where it was filmed this week while we are here.

 

10 guys + 1 chipper + 1 stump grinder + 2 chainsaws + 1 bucket truck + 10 hours versus 32 pine trees = several thousand dollars missing from my bank account and a messed up back yard. Wife is already talking swimming pool

 

I'm driving from Vegas to Pullman, Washington this Friday. Can't wait for the scenic drive!

 

Are Tow mirrors a universal fit for 2007-2107 models? Aftermarket or Oem??

 

Also do you HAVE take off door panel to put them on

 

I believe they will fit second and third gens, and I'm not entirely sure on the door panels, I know @ColoradoTJ told me it was a 20-30 minute install,

I believe so. I've heard the aftermarkets shake really bad when driving. I don't have any experience with them just OEM.

You don't have to fully remove it. I had someone help hold the mirror while I held the door panel from hanging.

 

Yes, except for finding ones with all the options for platinums.

Install barely took 2 beers, door panel just gets unscrewed and pull it off the window track and let it hang. It's super simple, in fact I'm thinking more about doing my own speaker install. Everything I have done to this truck inspires me to go further, I've never had a vehicle the everything comes apart so easily. I have yet to break anything either.

Told wife this morning...take the Tundra.. she did this... ...cuz just washed her ride..gona put out under tree n wax...then..painted hood stand on my T100

 

Went to Wal Mart to buy and envelopes and walk out with a TV.

 

Wife took the Sequoia on a work trip. Blackbird gets the garage. Had a spare inch behind and inch in front when the door closed.

 

How TF does that happen?

 

Sounds like the sequoia need to get displaced permanently

 

The Tundra fit when she had the highlander... Sequoia and Tundra are both to long to fit on one side because my waterheater is in the garage. I'd love to have my spot back, but the Sequoia is worth double my truck's value lol
