Why does the sound change from the speakers when I change from radio to Iheart or Amazon Music?

2.5 inch lift, TRD front and rear sway bars, 33 inch Open Country AT3 305/55R20 and dual TRD exhaust.
Most likely because the volume on your phone is lower than that of your truck.

Different sources have different bit rates the audio is played at.

and check your stereo settings, setup. You can set different volume and sound control based on the input. Check out your owners manual or just play around with the settings.

Your truck has a digital equalizer that can be set for different input sources, and your device also has an equalizer. Your radio will only run off the settings in the truck, but switching the source (bluetooth, usb, etc.) will put it to a new equalizer for the truck (each source is managed separately in the HU), but it will also be affected if you have equalizer settings on the device.
