Keep the front lift at or below 3in and you can keep factory control arms

Yea i think im just gonna go with the Bilstien 6112 in the front and the 5100 in the back that would give me 2.5 in the front. I'm not trying to go all crazy.

I defer to @French Avocado but I would personally be comfortable doing some mild articulation and fire roads/mud.

That's what I did and I have no regrets. It's a solid set up with great ride quality for both on/off road. I run 285/65/20 (34.5") RGs on stock wheels for now and although they cleared the UCAs, I put spidertrax spacers to give it a little more room. Plan to go 35X12.5 on 18" Methods soon to eliminate the spacers but really happy with what i have now.

I wanted the Falcons but I am not close to an expert - not even a rank amateur. @Black is much more knowledgeable than me.

Yes, that is what it is made for to an extent. Would this be up for high speed Baja long travel business, or full blown rock crawling dedicated trail rig absolutely not.
But Moderate off-roading that most folks will be doing absolutely the Falcons will handle it.

There are a lot more in depth videos in regard to Falcon Shocks on the F150. The premise and end game is the same regardless of which make the shocks are going on.
So I believe what an F150 with Falcons is capable of is the same to that of a Tundra with Falcons.
