Of course I decided to DIY this freaking 3/1 boss aluma series from toytec after getting quotes for install.... Frustrations on day two are mounting lol

I'm on the home stretch. Got everything together, but I don't know how to install these brackets (part BPV-K). I assume they are to keep the parking brake cables in the right spot after adding the rear block. I can't find any instructions on this for the 07+ tundra.

Do these pictures look right? They don't seem right haha

    @Toytec Lifts

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

Would put the parking brake bracket in front of the Toytec bracket to eliminate the bend in it. Block looks bigger than 1”, use the holes in the bracket that keep it closest to leaf spring without touching.

Yes thank you. That's how I had them (that's how it made sense in my head). I thought they were just supposed to raise the parking brake mount the same distance as the rear block to maintain the right positioning.

All four wheels are on the ground after about 12 hours sweating in the garage by myself lol

I ended up shifting it down a hole on top and bottom so it's the same amount of space created, but no bending.

    Thanks for the reply

    Alot of them
Brackets look fine. That block does look bigger than 1 inch though. If you feel that the rear rides rough, you can remove that block and switch out the shackles down the road. Once your alignment is done, make sure you recheck all of the torques after 150 miles or so.

They're 1.5" blocks. Measured them lol

Hadn't thought about rechecking torque. Thanks

Question. How do these blocks affect the ride of the leaf spring?

Scientifically or seat of the pants? Seat of the pants I can't tell a difference. Many guys say you can get some axel wrap with blocks vs running shackles. I've got probably 100 miles in so far with no issues. Truck rides like new

My eyes might be playing tricks on me but those sure look like Eibach 2.0s and not Toytec Aluma Series??

Yeah first two were mine and his are showing how the brackets are on his. They do look pretty similar. I was wondering how you were guessing eibach from my dust boots haha

When I was scrolling on the phone it seems to skip his header between the 2nd and 3rd pic.
I thought it was all one post.
I hate phones. Much prefer the computer.
    Carry on. Ignore me.
