So I've had my Tundra for almost a month. And within this time, I've never been able to get iHeart to cooperate with Entune...every time I think it's about to work, there's no volume from any of my preset stations I created. Am I doing something wrong here? Thanks in advance

I never use iHeart- just the Pandora Bluetooth sync option.
Have you clicked on iHeart on the audio source and turned on your Entune app when running it?

U can try uninstalling and re-installing that entunes app. Worse comes to worse, have the dealer check it at your next service appt.

Is it just iHeart that's not working? Have you tried Pandora? I don't use iHeart but I think as long as you have Entune launched first it should start once you click on it on your radio. If you have more than 1 phone synced to your system make sure the other phone is not the one that's currently synced. I sometimes run into this issue in our other vehicle, sometimes it will have my wife's phone synced so I will have to disconnect her phone & connect mine.

I believe there's an update to the Entune app. I updated mine last month IIRC.

There is a "hidden" phone volume control on the iOS versions 8.x and higher. From the home screen of your iPhone swipe UP from the bottom of the screen to reveal the airplane mode, wifi, bluetooth, sleep icons. In the middle of this page is a Toyota Entune control. Turned it up and voila, problem solved!

It's only iHeart that's giving me problems...I just wanted to exercise my options since it's there. My wife has a 2014 Sequoia and I get the same results in her truck. I think we're going to have the dealer check it out...in the meantime, I guess I'll stay on top of the Entune updates

You never specified what phone you had. Oh well, if you had an iPhone it would have been an easy fix.
