It’s time to get rid of this piece of junk! Kidding. This is my first issue in two years of ownership. My headlights do not turn on when it gets dark when set to auto. There’s nothing blocking the photocell sensor and I checked the settings in vehicular customization. If anyone has has this issue I’d love some feedback before the enters the dealership vortex. Thanks!

Have you checked all the fuses? Could be something in the dial itself, maybe a corroded or dirty contact? It'd be worth taking apart and checking that too. It's not hard for sweat and grease to get into the crevice if you use your blinkers alot

Did you pull up that speaker grill thing and make sure the wires are plugged in? Maybe they rattled loose.
Also the light switch/blinker stalk on our trucks are known to fail or be glitchy. I had a problem where my headlights would turn off when signaled left at times.

I brought it to my local garage to see if they could resolve my issue before bringing it to the dealership. They had it for about a day and a half and found the problem. It was a broken wire in the steering column. I’m not sure of specifics because the mechanic who fixed it was not there when I picked up my truck. It cost me $225 which in my opinion was well worth it. They say it could’ve happened just overtime or some weird combination of turning the wheel and the directional. I hope this helps somebody.

$225 was fair. It takes time to search for that gremlin. Glad it got fixed!
