    Hello All
Well, I finally gave up on Chevy, GM, and Ford and bought a 2021 Tundra Platinum. New trucks are really hard to get where I live on Vancouver Island. When this one came up I was first in line and went for it. I have owned and had to replace 5 trucks in the last 20 years. 3 Silverados, 1 Sierra and 1 F150. All of them fully loaded and all had major issues after 70,000 miles. I was sick of having to go through the process again and again. I am hoping I made the right call and that this truck will last a lot longer. I have been reading this forum over the past few weeks and it looks like a great place to learn more about my new truck. I am looking forward to reliability above all else2021 Tundra Platinum.jpg

No-name aftermarket grille, led fender extensions. Black Horse bambi-basher. Various offroad lights.
Welcome from SoCal. You came to the right place. Black was probably the best choice, 040 Superwhite is too fast for an island, you'd end up in the water...

Welcome from Utah. And welcome to the land of Tundras. Plenty of ideas and help here. I hope you have an extra $5,000 to get started on a few mods.

I do. And now I’m figuring out what to customize first. Any ideas? Love Utah. One of the most amazing places I’ve been

Depends on how you use your truck and the features you like. Like you I purchased a Platinum but wanted some of the Pro features and that means mods to make my Platinum a Pro. As seen in my signature I have done a number of the TRD mods. I am working on dechroming. I have now completed the suspension part which makes the ride fantastic. I am getting the new tires put on the BBS forged wheels soon. I love the front camera for garage parking and off road driving needs. The light bars behind the grill work great. Take a look at the mods list and there are plenty from which to choose - https://www.tundras.com/threads/tundra-possible-mods-diy-updates-add-ons.757/#post-12663 - and then search the forum. All a matter of personal choice.
