One of my personal favorite videos. There's 4 parts to this if you don't have the full 20 minutes. They can be found if you Google futa inflation.

Well boys I'm glad to be back. Life has been crazy the past 5 months, but i am now a resident of Colorado! The past few months I havent been on the forums cause ive been too busy taking my truck up a bunch of Rocky Mountain off road trails. Ive gone my entire ownership of legendary 1st gen tundras and have never known they are beasts offroad in stock form. Ive been pleasantly surprised how well my stock 1st gen access cab does with HIGHWAY TIRES. So as long as you watch out for flat tires a stock tundra can do pretty well up in the mountains and 4 lo makes it a cakewalk. And as we all know, the truck still drives like its brand new, while all my friends/ new roomates POS domestic and subieweooss are breaking down. I am Jealous of a guy i know who has an old solid front axle Cherokee but not that jealous.

I also used that c-word that makes some people uncomfortable three or four times yesterday.

Gotta be careful with that. It loses its punch the more you use it. I think in the UK its being said around the dinner table at this point, they burned it as bad as we burned the F word.

It's been in pretty regular rotation for me for a long time and it still carries some heft.
A bit less frequently at work as I've been trying to be nicer and use fewer potty words.

Do you have a bbq/glaze sauce for ribs? Store bought? I was also going to glaze with bacon jam.
I’m doing 3 racks; one being a stupid new tajin recipe……..
The other two will be both spiced with SPG and some celery seed, then different sweet heats on each. I’m not a sauce guy in general, but for the heathens that will slobber all over the bones, is there a neutral sauce that will go good with those two racks?

You could slave for an hour or two to make your own sauce.

Me? I prefer taking a base sauce and dressing it up. Why should I slave over making a sauce when you easily adjust something exactly to your taste in seconds?

Base sauces I typically usually use are French's yellow mustard for mustard sauces and either Stubbs original BBQ sauce or - *gasp* - anything that doesn't have the word "Bold" in the name and isn't really dark in color. Last basic BBQ I picked up was Montgomery Inn, a chain restaurant from Ohio, it was on sale for $1.60 at the local supermercado.

    Like ...

Want white bbq? Take base BBQ sauce, add creamy Italian dressing and mayo.

Want GA sweet BBQ sauce? Take a base BBQ sauce, add a heap of brown sugar, splash of apple cider vinegar. Add hot sauce if you like it spicy (Louisiana/Crystals are great options)

Want Carolina mustard sauce? Take a base yellow mustard like French's yellow, add honey, brown sugar, white vinegar, a shot of base BBQ sauce, some 'wooster' sauce and hot sauce.

Want honey mustard? Add a touch of mayo to French's yellow, then add ... honey! Some people like to add poppy seed, I don't get it.

Want Texas style vinegar sauce? Add "wooster", fresh squeezed lemon juice, red wine vinegar, hot sauce, to taste.

Want Memphis style bbq sauce? Yeah, neither do I! :p

I have a similar approach to pizza. (I live in a land with very little quality pizza.)
Buy a frozen pie (red baron, meijer brand, any good mid-grade frozen will do) and dress it accordingly. I put veggie crumbles, veggies, spices, and toss that bish in the oven. <$7 and eat like a king.

This is my favorite. I love a yellow based BBQ sauce for some reason. Maybe because I'm from NC? :notsure: We have some damn good BBQ places here in Knoxville.
