Hmmm. My 05 is not a TRD and has red & yellow dots on the LF spring.

Right now I have King 2.5s, SPC upper control arms, and Toytec add-a-leafs that broke and became "lift blocks". I need to raise the Kings a little higher and eventually get a new leaf pack.

    Currently:

    Driver front: 20.5"
    Passenger front: 20.8"
    Driver Rear: 20.5"
    Passenger Rear: 20.7"

    Flex (1).jpg

Both my fronts were previously 22.5" on Toytec 2.0s:

    Flex (4).jpg

And here's grandpa truck on stock suspension and tires. Definitely was smaller back then!

Have you raised your kings before? I tried it the other day, but my uca was blocking the collar making it impossible to even adjust.

Nope, didn't make any adjustments before I put them on. Pretty sure I've read that these have to be adjusted off the truck because of the punch tool design.

Ya I had to remove it but i didnt have a table vise. I used a friends but I was clamping them at the bottom, not the top, so they would just spin when I tried tightening them

Went to a couple yards today. There were 2 1st gens there, both were 2wd. Grabbed pics of their springs and then mine.

Leveled the front today with some spacers, 1/2" on the driver side and 1/4" for the passenger side.

    LF: 20 1/2"
    RF: 20 3/8"

1/4 tank of gas. No more d/s lean, even once I'm in the truck.

I have OME 2885 springs with 5100s and Alcan leafs set 1 inch above stock. I have let it settle about a month and here are the measurements:

    Driver's front: 23 1/4" Passenger's front: 23 1/2"
    Driver's Rear: 23 3/4" Passenger's rear 23 3/4"

The ride is much better compared to the 4600s my grandfather installed who knows how many miles ago. Very pleased with the results. Now for 4runner TRD Offroad wheels, 32" tires, and a regear with a locker thrown in.

I'm running Bilstein 6112s in front and ATS HD in back, with Camburg UCA, and the rest of the front is new OEM.

Front clip started at #8 left/#6 right (Bilstein reco'd), but changed to #8/#7 for the dreaded passenger side lean.

    Front 21-5/8"
    Rear 22-1/2"

Tires are 255/80-17s on 17x8 rims with 0 Offset, 4.5" Backspace. Removed front mud flaps for rubbing. Other than that, no rubbing. Did not need to do the pinch weld beat-down.

I rode around like this for a year while I saved for wheels and tires

I'm running an ARB OME level kit on my 2006 DC RWD. OME 2885 front springs, 90004 front shocks, 60091 rear shocks, Torch off-road add-a-leaf and pinion angle shims. Tough country rear bumper and carpeted/insulated snugtop shell.

Add a 1/4" shim to your LF and the truck will level out.

For sure. I should have done that when I got the front suspension done. Something like this should level everything out. I *really* don't need more height in the front (in fact, should have gone with 2884 springs), but fair enough that pushing the LF up might fix everything else L/R F/B.
