Something i just noticed on a short trip this afternoon while driving. Sounded like water or something sloshing around is best way to describe. It would make the sound for 7-8 seconds then go away for 7-8 seconds then make the exact same sound again. Anyone know what this could be?

So, the OP has never come back to clarify.

To illustrate just how bad this thread is- title, content, and detail, here is my farcical analogous comparison:

Electrical thing that comes and goes

Something I just noticed driving around today.

Seemed like electricity or something for like, 6 or 7 seconds. Then nothing. Best way to describe it is like, something electrical. It would do it, then stop, and then start again. Anyone know what this could be?

Flux capacitor. Keep it under 88 mph you’ll be fine.

My bet… it’s the AC system cycling. Possibly air in the system.
