What have you done to your 2.5 gen Tundra today?

Ouch! I hope you recover fully and don't have any lasting issues as a result of the injury. Gotta say, though... you're the only guy I've heard of who has LITERALLY broke his back to get his vehicles ceramic coated.

Finally ordered some Husky X-act Contours for the front and back. Had clay and sand stuck to the rear carpet from Jr's baseball tournament this weekend. What a pain that was to get out. The rear Toyota all weather mats kept sliding forward and not catching most of the debris. Hopefully the rear Husky's will take care of that.

RB20 running boards from Go Rhino installed on 2021 Platinum. Then hand washed the bastard because the hard water here in AZ leaves spots otherwise.

Almost done with exterior. TRD Pro Grille, headlights, fogs, bumper shelz, badge overlays. Last will be the HRS brb tails. Then the interior.

Yes. it's just a vinyl wrap from the factory. Except maybe on the black trucks?

Took the entire dashboard apart this weekend
Sprayed the silver trim around the climate controls and radio
Also sprayed those plastic trim pieces pretending to be blued steel that separate the upper and lower sections of the dashboard
No more chrome/silver/blue in or out except the climate controls and head unit ( thats next)
My wife even cut me a vinly circle on her crikut machine to black out the keyhole on the glovebox

New new A.R.E Z series topper, Fox 2.5 DSC adjustable shocks front and rear, CB shackles, fender flares, bronze Fuel Kicker wheels and 35 inch Falken tires.

Don't mount horns on the roof. They are designed to be mounting facing the rear to prevent water intrusion into the diaphragm.....not to mention that it would look like crap.

Do you have a wide-angle shot that shows your entire dash? I'm interested in doing the same thing, but the jury is still out for me if I will like the overall look.

 

Does the wife want to make another one for the glovebox?

 

The first set I purchased off Amazon caused the same issue with my key fob (Autogine). I wasn’t able to lock or unlock the truck if the cargos light were on. If I turned the cargo lights off from the inside, it would work again. I definitely wanted to fix this issue before the Alaskan winter hit.

I decided to purchase another set (Marsauto) and they worked great….no more key fob issues. These are the ones that did work: https://amzn.to/3xTns6H
