You guys know those ‘mechanic owned’ vehicles you’re not supposed to buy…

    Apparently I’m that mechanic. :D3AE9F0AC-3C94-4827-84F5-D3970F3C9061.jpg3AE9F0AC-3C94-4827-84F5-D3970F3C9061.jpg 89F2AFE2-4E4F-44C0-B653-359D890198D6.jpg

In my defense, I’ve had all new pads, rotors, drums, and shoes on the shelf waiting to work on the truck for 2 months.
I knew it was time. I just pushed it off because I had other stuff to do and two other vehicles to drive if need be.

Taking the Tundra to WV in the AM, so new brakes were a need and no longer a whenever. :D

Ok boys. Hear me out. Need to find a regular cab 4.7 05-06 for dirt cheap.

Reason? Lower that sucker and build it for the 24hrs of lemons. Talking with a buddy we’re 90% sure if we do it up as a “tow truck” theme they’ll let it slide with the weight and it would be hilarious.

Can also see how well the 4.7 holds up in endurance racing! Lol

That’s what happens when the radio is always turned up to 11. You never hear it screeching.

The UP is on our list. Hopefully for about a month when we make the trip. I hear the biking is pretty great up there.

Got a reply back from the ATS guys. Hoping to order the HD leafs and get rid of my blocks. I think I also need to go to 5160s as the 5100s are only good for up to 1” lift.

I would be surprised if the 5100 wont work. I have the 5160s though.

On a side note, I have an issue going on with my passenger side rear spring. It works fine but I am setting about an inch low on that side currently. I have not contacted ATS yet about the issue.

This crazy badass ‘old’ lady rockin the 1300R Hayabusa. Never thought I’d see anything but a yoked out 40yr old with an ‘Affliction’ tshirt riding one of these.

That really isn't the terrain I was expecting where you live. Thought there would be more trees. Is it technically a high desert?
