And if it's a grilled cheese sandwich, doesn't it have to be made on a grill? It seems all the ones I see are griddled cheese sandwiches.

Finally vacation and time to put the coozie to work. Wife and Kids left last Saturday , so treating myself to dinner.

I just checked in the beer on Untappd with the can fully into the koozie in the photo. Spreading the brand

 

Had to check it out as well, that’s some funny sick shit right there….LOL

 

Just sharing what I’m doing right now. Just burned some burgers and now enjoying a cold beer with the lady, while catching up on this post.

Thanks Tom, I had another brand on order and after 4 consecutive months of being pushed out on the build we ended up cancelling and I came across this one. It’s a good thing, the previous camper would have pushed my tongue weight limit. The guy I bought this off of had a tundra sitting there with a six inch lift. He knew what my limits where. Anyway love this camper, go for it!!!

 

Cast iron is better than "grilled". Even a cast iron ribeye is the best. ....facts hurt sometimes. How about a poll who puts any kind of steak sauce on a quality steak? Please don't say ketchup or 57. If you need to f**k up a decent steak, then post what sauce you use to f**k it up. ....ha!

 

I’ll only adulterate a steak with good homemade chimichanga, but even that is served on the side.

except finger steaks. But those are like steak French fries, so they don’t count.
…on those, I’ll dip them in all kinds of stuff. Ketchup, bbq, mayo, ranch, aioli…

 

Well, if I'm going to f up a steak, it's A-1 Bold & Spicy. Mostly I just cheat with the Montreal rub.

 

Montreal is solid.

 

Chimmichurri?

 

Here's my super secret blend for cast iron steak, give it a try. After searing, add a mixture of Worcestershire, onion and garlic, plus some of this. Yummy.

 

Yeah, something like that. Long week…

 

I usually do a light coat on both sides of:
Truffle sea salt
Black pepper
Garlic powder
Mustard powder
Crushed dried rosemary

 

Damn truffle salt is FIRE!!!

 

I approve of all conversations about steak!!!

 

I put a big old slimy slice of tomato on top of my steak

Topped off with a mound of ketchup...
