    Remove the old ones and plug the holes when you spray, when I removed the the old ones on my truck it peeled up the bedliner around it and the new ones covered most of it but I had to spray some rattle can bedliner to cover it back up. Also if you plug the holes with paper or tissue you'll have an easier time installing the bolts on the new ones. Just my .02

    Thanks, yea I was thinking of putting the original bolts back in most of the way when I go to spray it to keep the bolt threads clean and the tie downs come with new hardware.
