To my understanding the sport is supposed to come with the red bilstein shocks, the off road has the yellow/blue shocks. I bought a used 19 sport and I just realized I have the red shocks in the front and yellow/blue in the rear. Is this normal? If not why would someone change the rears to the off road but not the front?

Not normal, the off road package shocks were swapped in to the rear, maybe one of the original went bad or leaked. Previous owner probably got the rears for cheap....stock take off suspension parts can be had for little $, folks almost give them away.

Are there any negatives or positives to having sport in the front off road in the back? I’ve only had it for a month so I guess I don’t know what if anything I’m missing by having all one or the other.

They are valved a little different, but it is not a huge deal. And who knows, if you hang around this site you may end up wanting to upgrade the suspension anyway at some later date:spending:

Sport shocks will be stiffer for better on road performance, the OR ones will be softer on rough stuff. Not sure what the dynamics would be if they were paired up like you have. It could also be that they upgraded the rears to a different/non stock Bilstein shock. Either way, crawl under there and get the part/model numbers off them, and you should be able to figure out what they are.
