Does anyone know of a shop that has installed a 38 gallon tank on a tundra? Sacramento/ Bay area. The only thing that bugs me about my truck is the small 26 gallon tank.

Starting with an empty fuel tank is best. ;)

So, basically step 1 is joyriding until the fuel light comes on.

Is it illegal because then they do the test on the gas tank opening you get different readings, or is it illegal because its a mod and they see a different tank on there? I ask because if its just a visual, i could find a less than thorough smog place that would conveniently forgot to look at the underside of the car.

Get a tank from a wrecked Tundra. So much cheaper and you can get the associated parts like the third bracket etc with it.

How are you liking the amber XB's? I thought all 3 projectors lit up with low beams on that version.

So I got mine done by a dude in Santa Clara some fab shop can’t remember the shop name his name is Kevin. (408)674-9646 he did the tank and welded the tank mount you have to buy. The big thing is make sure you have the right sender. It’s not in the parts list and I had to drop my tank and put a new sender in. But dude can do the work

The pic you posted has the same part number 833200C060 that Bruce listed for the fuel sender. So now I'm confused. Which part number is for FFV and for non-FFV?
