Hello! guys, I can't unlock the driver door recently, but I can lock the door. The other 3 doors lock and unlock perfectly. Every time I need to insert the key to unlock driver side door.

I checked the wires in the door. The wire of lock has power. But, The wire of unlock doesn't have power. I think the actuator should be OK.

    Anybody has the same problem?

    Thank you!

Sounds like your door lock actuator died.

My drivers door lock actuator died at 27k Miles. They replaced it under warranty.

The door lock actuator should be Ok. It works. I checked it with external power supply.

I haven’t the slightest. If you have no power going to the actuator follow it back to the switch and check both sides of the switch.

There may be a corroded contact there.

you can keep following that backwards until you find power.

do you have an after market alarm or remote start that might be interfering?

Did you actuate the lock both directions using an external power supply? Sometimes they only go out in one direction. You can also hit the lock button, unlock the door by moving the lock above the interior door handle with your finger, and repeat and see if it fails to return to the lock position after about 20 cycles. If it fails then you know it's the actuator.

I am having the exact same issue. Everything else is working perfectly as it should. I replaced the actuator to no avail. Disconnected the battery to reset any codes again to no avail. Today I test the power supply and located the problem. No power on “ unlock “ with fob or door switch
    Thanks for your help.
