Well, that sucks. He's a major asset to this community. Hopefully just temporary.

On my old Corolla 4age (yamaha head design) you could get a box of 25mm or 28mm O.D. shims in various thicknesses meant for motorcycles and use them.

Anyone with a stock 3.4L shim can measure the O.D. then you can search around to see if something like that exists.

Just placed an order for 8 gallons of Zerex coolant. Total $102. Local pick up tomorrow.

Will place another identical order in a few days when local store is restocked.

Also, don't have room to work? Make room.
1/4" ratchet wrench for improved leverage. 1/4" hex bit.
    1/4" magnet for bit retention.

The weak part of the 1st gens is the drive train… Tacoma axles can only handle soo much.

I'm sorry, I thought this was a "Toyota" forum. I figured we were all supposed to have some concept of millimeters. *looks at metric socket set*:rofl:

This set up is temporary and mainly to have the awning mounted and ready to deploy; we’re gonna get some turd floaters coming soon, so I need the shelter!
I’ll be doing some sort of 80/20 set up for the permanent rack situation.

Two types of countries in this world. Those that use the metric system, and those that have been to the moon.

Only use millimeter numbers when telling how big your fish or your splooge tube is. Just the number though. Leave the millimeter part out. It's more impressive.

I like using unreduced fractions. Like 40/64ths or an eighth past half. You can see the mind gears start turning, then bind.

At my work we use mils, microns and imaginary numbers. Sometimes they toss in Us to measure rack size.

Looked at radar. Scattered showers here or there. I thought "Yeah, I can beat the rain." Got home. Put the virus on ramps. Got my tools, my oil, my ATF, my oil filter, and was just about to crawl under the car. Then the bottom of the ocean fell out of the sky...
