    hahaha. Did the same thing!
    I like the look.

where did you get the set of cab bars? I have been considering getting a set but have not found a price I have been happy with.

Thanks! Fortunately, I got it from someone on the Tundra Classifieds facebook page who was willing to ship it. They are usually around $550 new. Etrailer and rackattack had the packages last I checked.

Time to add to your collection...a kayak or a canoe will make you appreciate your new setup. Looks great, but works best when loaded!

Yeah. I put tape under all of them. I had to install the right front three times as the mount is hosed. The bolts they gave me have too many threads on them for the nut plates they gave me. I wound up using the stock bolts from the mud flaps on the left one. It worked like a charm. I still have to replace the broke mount after they send me a new one. That will be four times that the front right fender has been installed.

Washed it with the Chemical Guys kit I got on Prime Day. Not impressed with it at all. The soap does not stay foamy/bubbly and the foam gun had a bunch of leaks.

Added +10 HP to the rig today with the tri-color. Wife sighed after I asked her if she noticed anything new on the truck today :lalala: . But once she saw it she liked it so much that I ordered one for her 4Runner, so that’s a win.

Did the same swap today. Transfer the screw from the ones you pull out. Alternatively you can source screws from the dealer. Self tapping would work too, these are short, maybe 1/4 or 3/8 long sheet metal screws.

Got home from a camping trip and the Rigid Fogs were waiting for me. Too excited to wash the truck before installing.

Highly recommended to do the zip tie fix while in there to avoid the bounce as well.

Used it to take the kiddos hiking/biking on the northshore the past week, scoped some state/national forest trails for grouse and had this waiting for me when I got back.
Noticed rust on the hitch receiver when installing the bike rack so wire wheeled it and recoated with some flat black today as well.

Finished the fab and fit up of my rear seat delete cargo platform. Still need to clean up the aluminum parts and have them powder coated black. Pretty happy with how it's turning out so far. I do admit it's a bit overkill though

    It's been a busy weekend.

Fanless pc and other computer / communications equipment if necessary.

No thread. I'll post it all at once when it's done on my build page. I think that's linked in my signature.

Bed wiring for phase one of the built out is done except for a single leg of the ammeter harness that I'll get wire for tomorrow.
Final diagnostics and then if all goes well firing up the full circuit. Cross your fingers for me.

Had those on my weather techs as well. Worked great most of the time. But on extended trips even those wouldnt keep my passenger side floor mat from balling up under the dash. Swapped em for some eagle klaws. We will see....

Eagle klaws are great. Have had mine about a year I think and the mat hasn't moved since installing them. Verse having to adjust it almost twice a week which is what I was doing before the klaws.

Thanks! My wife always thinks I'm crazy when I start these projects but she's excited it'll hold stuff from her big Costco runs. Still need to add loops for cargo net hooks. Those will attach to the 80/20 extruded aluminum cross bars

The original intent is for a cooler and possibly future fridge. The base is 3" aluminum C channel bolted to the seat rails so it should hold up well enough. The molle grid was a pain though. Took a few trials to get the spacing right then 4 hours to machine on my router (I was being conservative on speed and depth of cut)
