I just know they are highly sought after. S30V when Benchmade primarily used 154CM at the time. Good looking knife!

Thanks, ThinTx. I discovered this on a knife forum. The fellow was liquidating his collection and this one jumped out at me. Titanium frame folders were much less common in 2005. It came with two blades, the one shown here has little use. I'm planningg to send the other for a regrind/spa day.

Always been a fan of Benchmade folders but got a Protech Malibu and it's my current favourite. Not even looking for a new one.Malibu.jpg

Is there anyone here with experience with blue or white super steel?

Nice Sebenza! Been eyeballing a Black Micarta Small Sebenza 31. Figure what better time to get one than my upcoming 31st bday. Have that same Bugout also, the only Benchmade that will never leave my collection.

Really nice bunch. The Chris Reeves looks to have a serious edge on it, nice. I've been coveting a small Sebenza for a long time. Worth the hype? It looks like it's been used a lot, very cool.

Worth it is subjective. It’s build quality and customer service is superb, but some will never see the value in spending that much on a knife. Ive had several CRKs over the years, but this one will never leave because it shares my 30th Bday! Had a mirror edge put on it when I first got it. And yes, I use my stuff!
Do it! You’ll never know if you don’t try, and they hold value exceptionally well if you decide it’s not for you. I do like the Bugout a lot more than I thought I would.

Thanks Ray. I dig knives too, obviously. I'm proud to carry yours. A day off and heading out for a hike... that fixed blade is going with me.

It’s sweet. Has a little heft to it and feels great in the hand (even before the paracord). The locking sheath is nice - my only complaint is the strap they give you to attach it to MOLLE or your belt seems weak - just not well thought out or stable IMO. Doesn’t really matter to me since my plan is to carry in a pack.

Yup, if it doesn't fit in my pocket, it goes in my pack. I've lost a good knife off of my belt when hunting in some thick brush. That won't happen again.

Thanks Ron, It is actually two 12” strips of wood with magnets inside. They can be found online or you could make your own! I plan to make one someday once I find a neat piece of wood to use, but these are nice enough placeholders in the meantime.
