Okay first, how in the world does anyone drive 90 thousand miles in 2 years? That's insane!

Anyway there is a used one that was obviously a trade in because it's on a lot at a Chevy / Buick dealer near me. $49,993 is the price. That's nuts. I wonder what the guy got on the trade.

I'll do you better than that, here's a link to the vehicle:

    https://www.healeychevroletbuick.co...ndra+4WD-198e16600a0e09b078fcde64370f7644.htm

I know they have it listed as an SR5 but that's clearly a TRD PRO and I ran the VIN number and it is indeed a PRO 100%.

It's clean, it's nice. But it has 90 thousand miles! I thought maybe it was a typo until I saw the picture of the Odometer.

The PROs have issues with traction due to the hefty increase in horsepower and panty-dropping ability.

45,000 of those odo miles are wheel spin. All four wheels simultaneously.

I bet the dealer would knock off a few hundred for a serious buyer. Lol

That is some miles for sure. Maybe purchased in 2018 and put 10-20k in partial year.

I had a feeling it was at Healey. My friend was telling me about that PRO. Way too much $$ with almost 90k miles. I bought mine from the Toyota dealership down the street.

Technically, this Pro could have been used for 34 months, so 89500 miles isn’t out of reach (88 miles a day…I drive 80).

If you are familiar with the Middletown area, then you are aware of Johnston's Toyota. They have (as of last Sunday at least) 50 Tundras on the lot. In a time when other dealers have none, these guys are flooded. About 40 of them are TRD Sport Double cabs, a few SR5s, one is a crewmax, and a couple 1794s. It's crazy. No PRO's though.

The TRD pro is not over price, but the base Tacoma is way over…I got a base Tacoma in 15 and it only cost 26k new

Looks like it was used as a plow truck. That would explain the high miles. Also means it has some hard miles on it. Who would buy a new pro to plow with?

I have put 38k on in 13 months so it's very possible a lot of Bay area driving "damn California"
But yes you are correct the market for used cars and trucks is absolutely insane right now.
Had a buddy turn in his for f350 and he got 4k more than he paid a year and a half ago with 50k miles on it

When I was a sales rep using my truck I was cranking 30-50k a year on it, so not out of the question!

But it’s a Toyota - miles don’t matter (said anyone ever trying to sell a high mileage Toyota (or Honda for that matter).

Wow on a side note, I had no idea that the TRD Pros do not have dual zone climate control.

Just be careful, they never dropped my skid plate and changed the filter. They just drained the oil and put new oil in with a dirty filter.
    Never went back again.

In my work we have a new Chevy we bought 6 months ago (last week of Dec 2020) and it has 24,500 miles on it already. I guy in the same business I talked to last week bought a brand new AT4 Sierra June of last year. Last week it had 88,000 miles on it. He drove all of them in 12 months.

I remember looking at the truck when new a year ago. I personally saw the odo listed 88k last week. The truck is a 2020 year model.

We are down in Texas and drive all over TX, NM, OK, LA ect for work going to job locations ect. I personally put 750 miles on our Chevy last week in only 3 days, Tue-Thur

Could have been a fleet/work truck. Some of the stuff I see around here that are used for small business are ridiculous. One of the schools my kids play in softball has a parent with a pressure washing business, and his diesel 2500 silverado has thousands and thousands of dollars in lift/suspension, etc. It's one of the highest sitting street legal vehicles I've ever seen. And it's absolutely plastered with business logo, phone number, etc. Very close to a full vinyl wrap.
