I dont know without having it in front of me. You dont think the front control arm mount is strong enough?

I've got the front covered. It's the rear that's not as clear. That screen shot I posted earlier was for the rear suspension arm. I found a IA auto video just now and he showing they lift from that pinch weld in question but he admits it won't work for jack stands. He's saying I can use the area behind it which makes sense. I guess that's what I'll do.

Apparently they sell products to go on your jack stands that allow you to jack from the pinch welds without bending them. This is what I need.

use a piece/chunk of 2x4 along the pinch weld on the backside/inside. The chassis rail on that side is strong and will bear the weight.
The 2x4 is to distribute the load and prevent dimples/dents.

Jackstand goes before the big dip down on the pinch weld. It’s how they’re out on racks. It’s stout

That's not mine. I do appreciate things that are built to last though. When I saw a picture of a 100 series pulling a "buy it for life camper" I had to share.

Properly repaired and documented you will get any money you spend on an airstream back when you sell it.

I actually did this for automotive diagnostic and programming. Actually wasn't too bad, but all my clients were professional mechanics. Still, working on a car remotely, sucks.

I started my new job working from home for 4 weeks. I absolutely hated it. If I were forced to go remote again, I'd quit. Zoom meetings, sharing screens, phone calls...none are as efficient or as effective as having boots on the ground and dealing with stuff face to face.

I also like to separate my work life and home life. I don't want to see my work computers or papers when I'm off work. I don't want to set up an office in my home. I won't even wear clothing with the company logo when I'm off the clock.

I've always had a raging hard on for a Rolla wagon, or camry wagon.

    I like station wagons... :anonymous:

I'd never buy one but I really dig some of the Audi wagons.

Knowing him, could have been anything. He probably thought it was a scam because he had to enter a zip code.

Wife and I are talking about a house couple miles down the road, in a different county, different school district.

Our taxes at the moment are about $1300 on our 5 acres, new place would be on 81 acres and about 4 times the value of our current home.

Ran the tax numbers...$25K/year...just for taxes...almost $18K of that is for school tax. Holy shit.

We have been discussing a move to a much more tax friendly county. There may be a reckoning for fiscally irresponsible cities.

Surprise was the county I live in is more 'city' than the one we were considering.

Right. I rechecked it like 4 times to make sure I got it right. Then did a Zillow search to confirm with other properties.

Yep. A lot of the bedroom communities do little to promote business so the have to rely on the commuter tax base to cover things.

    That's crazy.
I wouldn't think so but it's not in city limits correct?
Big acreage in city limits would get nailed on taxes, compared to rural/ county rates.
