I think some cat people are oblivious. I worked with a woman in Orlando that came into the office one day REEKING of something horrible. Initially, I didn't know what the smell was but 3-4 of us were commenting on it. She got real quiet and just left. Keep in mind, this is a very professional office job.

Afterwards another girl on our team came over and told us it was cat piss and that the woman owned several cats. Apparently one of her cats had pissed on the sweater she wore that day. I remember thinking that if she didn't even notice the smell on her way to work then her entire house must smell that way. :puke:

Holy shit! Yeah, we've had a few dudes, and dudettes come to work smelling like dog/cat piss/shit and be 110% oblivious. I can't imagine what their apartments are like, or what they pay a month for their inside animals to stink up the ace while they work a 12 hour shift.

Assuming the amnimal is crated the entire time singing its song.

todays project. Gotta shut the kitchen faucet off just right, and while everyone was here, it was constantly left dripping.

When the owner doesn't show up to play to is when I loose my faith in them as a leader. The dealership mafia families get to live their life by a different drum than most of us.

I don't think this TJ has those kind of problems. I wonder what the real cost of using salt on the roads is. Maybe that is dealership sponsored as well? My wife has had this thing for a couple decades. It is on the verge of death. Everything needs to be gone through on it. I keep the oil changed and it might get 1k miles put on it a year. It just sets in the garage. Maybe I will get some pictures sometime.

Really great squirrel stew though. I have an agreement with the local wildlife. I get my garden and most of the fruit. If that agreement gets violated I get some extra protein in my diet.

I try to have the conversation early, so no one is surprised.

This is the first company I've worked for in some time where I've never met the owner/biggestboss. I heard a bunch of folks ramble on endlessly about how they're such a great family to work for. LOL. That was a scam. Apparently he tried to reduce the number of paid holidays a few years back. Currently we get paid days off for July 4th, Xmas, Thanksgiving, and NYD. That's it. And if they happen to fall on a Sunday, sucks to suck. Not recognized.
Mike's TJ runs and drives great aside from the rusty frame. And I don't have to remove the body mounts or anything else to complete this repair. It's going to suck because of the timing and time crunch. The work shouldn't really be that bad.

I will be clearing out my garage, if I can stick to the plan. The closer it gets the more my wife asks "can we do this or that". The answer is no, we must have garage cleared out to bring home the other beetle.
