    Some stuff
Lol, sorry. There's pretty much only the SOS Performance (was Tundra Racing) kit out there. I made spacers for the back that leveled the rear.

Hello, as of yesterday I'm an 02 Tundra owner. Had a 91 toy for 15 years. Picked this truck up with 162k from the original elderly owner. It's pretty clean, drove it back 8 hours and everything works fine. Slight exhaust manifold leak drivers side and the muffler sounds like it's seen better days! The tires are good but the wheels are awful, all pitted and discolored. Jumped on Google and found this great forum.
I'm looking at getting nicer wheels and from the sounds of it here all tacoma wheels will fit my 02 tundra correct?
I found these today with 7k on them. Wheels tires and lug nuts off a 2021 tacoma for $750. Seems fair and they will fit correct?

My first try at non stock wheels came off of a Tacoma. I needed wheel spacers to keep the wheels off the calipers.

my new to me FGT ( the Fridge) with my new to me TRD's found on the Tacoma World Forum.
I actually found the wheels after I saw the Minimalist Overlander post and video on the tubes.
I did a search for TRD Beadlocker 16, and my wheels were about 3 down from the top.
Lucky for me they were just 10 minutes away.

I just put these wheels on my 01 with about an inch taller tire than stock. 265/75 vs 265/70. They fit fine but do rub the frame if you are turned full lock and going up a hill at just the right angle. Otherwise they do not rub anywhere else.

Cool. Ive got 285/75/16s on a Billstein lift so should be no problem. I just realized these are not completely black but are a dark grey or something. Ive never seen these on a 1st gen and would love to see some pics. I wonder how they look on a black truck:monocle:.

Dead stock with oem 16" starfish wheels. We'll see how long that lasts. :) Topper of unknown origin.
Clearly they're designed to shed snow better than any hifalutin fancy new wheel.

I ended up buying these off a 2011 tacoma, $80 for all 4. Hopefully they fit on my 2002 tundra.

I have basically the same truck, but with stock rims. Love the all grey look of yours. It does look like the dealership that you identified still had those available, but not with free shipping.

Then I went to see what my dealership in town had on their site, and they had these. Is this about an average price for these faux beadlocks new? Is it common for a dealership to have these available? Will these fit on my '05 stock DC TRD?

Alternatively, will these bolt right onto a stock '05 DC without any lift? Edit in case link ever goes bad, cause the question would still be relevant. TRD rock warrior 17x8 with Toyo Open Country A/T II in a 285/70R17

Yeah, this is all new to me. Someone above mentioned that minimalist overlander video where the guy mentioned 16's. Can't say that I have a real need to upgrade wheels and tires, but they look cool as hell! This guy's got the 17's, but for $2200 wheel and tire, I could just buy new 16's and new tires just about.

I'm on 17's now. I was considering the 16's cause probably lower rotation mass plus more sidewall cushion for pushin. Neither of which are terribly necessary. I should focus on the backing camera/radio upgrade probably.

Rubbers still good too. $125. 4 16” steel rims from rough country at $59 each because the stock rims rubbed the uca. Before I was running 16 third gen runner rims.
