    Nope and YIKES!

We are getting 30s all week here, but it's bearable to still be outside.

No thank you on participating in that contest. 34 here today and we all feel like we're going to die. Supposed to hit 39 later this week.

I managed to keep the temp inside the shop to 34 today. LOL. Starting work at 5:00 am then closing bay doors down when the sun starts to hit is helping. A bit.

The company apartment I'm staying in for work has central AC, which I have cranked right up. I'm thinking of putting on a hoodie. :D

holy frack! I thought it was hot here! Although we have humidity which adds 560 degrees to the posted temp... but still, that shit's crazy.

Weeks like these I wish I would have done better/actually went to school so I could be sitting inside a nice, air conditioned office at a desk

I place a couple cheap 20" box fans in the windows and suck air in from outside all night. Makes a huge difference in cooling the house down.

When it's sunny and hot outside and I have to drive the company (city) vehicle, I have air on and windows open. Best of both worlds. :drunk:

Luckily I work in an office setting, with air most days. I feel bad for the guys working outside all day when it's this freaking hot and sunny.

Good idea but we only have floor fans and, because we're in a two story, I prefer to keep the main floor windows closed at night. The upstairs does get nice and cool overnight but it heats up pretty quickly in the day.

Yep, same here. I'm certainly appreciative of being in the office rather than on the tools now.

I will admit one thing about the F150 I drive for work and that's how hard and cold the AC blows. It's really nice.

When I was on the farm our bungalow had an attic fan that would kick in at 95° F and exhaust the hot air. The house I'm in now doesn't have one so the attic doesn't cool off and like you said the heat builds up again pretty quick. They should be standard equipment in every house.

Our house supposedly has a "ventilating system" but, as far as I can tell, all it does is turn on the fan in the upstairs bathroom. I guess maybe it's working as well as everything else in my house.

If the geniuses who finished the basement had put in more than one air return, in theory I could just run my furnace fan to bring up some cool air.

    I'm not liking that pic.

It hit 43 here in Fort St John. The Woman was telling me it hit 46 in Grande Prairie.

Just come to Prince Rupert, down to 19 for a high today, only got to 32 the last few days. Really lucked out on when my shift started to get away from the crazy interior heat.
