A local dealer to me has a 2019 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro CrewMax 4X4 with 90k miles for 56 thousand dollars ! This seems crazy to me ! .... Thoughts ?

I am at the dealer right now getting the oil changed and they have a few used ones. They are out of their minds. They cost more used than when they were new. They have 2018 for 40-50k. 19 SR5 for $51k. I guess I can get around $60k for my 2020 with only 10k miles. Lol.

Kind of like I have and you want it, what are you willing to pay. During Hurricanes down south in past years, plywood used to quadruple in price when a hurricane was coming in. $17/sheet went to $68, etc. Law's were inacted to prevent that kind of gouging. Should be the same for these dealers. So many people will buy now and be upside down in loans in just a few months thereafter. Hell, in '18 you could get a PRO for $56k. Sucks that this is happening.

That's crazy. I've had my 19 Tundra for sale for a month and no one wants it. I've put over 12k in upgrades on it and only 11k miles.

One of my co-workers wants a Tundra and was asking me about prices, she wants this 2019 1794 edition w/40k miles. I told her that’s what it was going for when it was new…

I bought my base 2019 Platinum in early 2020 for $46k plus tax. I put 2250 miles on it and just traded it in on a 2021 Platinum. I had to pay MSRP ($57k) for the loaded 2021 but received $52k, almost the original MSRP ($53.5K) for the 2019!! They have it now listed on their website for $53,999 Certified. Byers Toyota of Delaware Ohio. Crazy times indeed. 11C8E09F-8397-4D40-A3F7-928643E8B6FF.jpg

Carvana does not like the "Upgrades" they want clean factory vehicles.

This is true…it’s hard to get money back on mods in any deal, unless you find a buyer who values the mods.

I would ask them if they give out lube before they stick it to ya. That's nuts.

This is a new 2021 CM Pro for less than 56k and that is the actual price :

I spent 28 years in the Army. I know what that pounding sensation in my ass is when I feel it. Let them screw someone else. I just kept calling and looking until I found what i wanted. I refused to pay more than MSRP.

I think i overpaid in October. $35k for a P2016 latinum CrewMax with 82k miles. The pricing you are seeing is over the top.

Sometimes I think people wonder how a truck might have been abused when it is modified with off road equipment. I know when I was in the market, I walked away from some that looked great and were well equipped, only problem how many hard trail hours?? That and some want to pick and choose their own equipment. Not saying I don't like your truck, just something I see as a problem if I should ever sell my own. No plans for that though.

Did not know there was such a thing as a base Platinum and Loaded Platimum, thought the Platinum had it all. Unless you are referring to 4x2 vs 4x4.
