A while ago and I noticed that my truck was sagging inch and a half to the driver side so I noticed that my leaf spring was a little flat and so I changed my leaf springs I put heavy duty springs on my truck and recently put airbags on my truck I still notice I have an inch and a half difference from the driver side to the passenger side even with my bags pumped up it leans to the drivers side. I don't notice any problems underneath the truck. The front measures out even. what could be the problem?

That’s a common problem. Driver, battery, gas tank all on that side of the vehicle.

There are several solutions owners have taken to correct it if you search around.

2"CB shackles, bushings and 1 shim, lockerdown console vault, rear folding seat back mod, snugtop shell with opening side windows, 46g fuel tank, SDHQ sliders and hidden winch, Decked Drawers, Alcan leaf springs and got rid of the interior chrome
Yep, famously called the “tundra lean”, although it’s usually closer to 3/4”. A common solution is to throw a couple of CB shims on the driver side.

Welcome from Nevada. Yes , I have the The lean also, more noticeable when i fill it up with gas. I just try not to focus to much on it. When Im driving I notice it on other Tundra’s , it make me feel a little better , that im not the only one, lol

Inch and a half seems excessive for “Tundra lean”. Especially if totally even in front and if you’re stock other than bags and leafs.
