In all seriousness, I wish I had 20.00 for every time I heard something like that.

I used that safety video at one of our monthly safety meetings.

It amazes me how many people refuse to wear a seatbelt.

A helmet might be a good idea. I know they are no fun, but they do save lives.

It's obviously a dangerous game to play. I'm thankful Connor, and everyone else, made it out intact.

Nothing comes without inherent risk. I used to write Risk Management plans for companies when I was in college and fortunately none were implemented while I was involved, but one time I was kayaking some intense class V Rapids with a close friend and we dropped only a 20 foot waterfall (which we had done 50 times) and he was off line by probably 10 inches and his boat was rolled left unexpectedly and hit his face on a shelf rock, smashing 12 teeth into his gums. We still had about 10 class Vs to go and no chance of walking out
Needless to say, he was timid from there on. He wears a full face mask when kayaking now. I gave it up 10 years ago due to some close calls, but ottom line...Plan for the worst, and if it doesn't happen then you had a good day

Some of the rock crawlers use bump helmets.

Your Runner would still be done for...just a little less done for.

You seen my Jeep, it has been on it's lid a time or two.

I put my monster 68 f250 on it's lid 25 yrs ago. I had 38 inch swampers and a huge lift. The massive tube steel bumper saved me. It carved into the pavement and slowed it down as the roof came off. Luckily I was wearing my seatbelt. I walked away with bruised ribs.

Harness on your next rig. Those factory seat belts suck for off-roading.
