P2103 code after replacing knock sensor harness

My 07 5.7 V8 tundra was throwing a code indicate a knock sensor wasn’t working so I removed the intake manifold and discovered that the knock sensor wiring harness was chewed up (wiring to one connector was gone and to another was already frayed). I replaced the wiring harness and reinstalled everything, but after starting up the truck I’m now getting a P2103 error code. The knock sensor is gone and this is the only one shown, which seems to be “throttle actuator motor high”.

Is there something I could have screwed up when reinstalling the intake manifold? I’m guessing so but have no idea what. Any help would be appreciated.

I would closely inspect the wiring related to the throttle body.

Thanks, that’s what I was going to check next, it just seemed like a weird coincidence since I didn’t touch the throttle body wiring. My first thought was that I screwed something up putting the manifold back on, maybe leaking air around the gasket but this would be an odd code to throw if that were the case.

There could be a wire that got pinched when putting things back together.

I took out the connector into the throttle body (D9) and checked that pins 1 (M-) and 2 (M+) have connectivity to the ECM pins, and they do. However according to the manual I should also have connectivity from each pin 1 and 2 to ground, however I’m not measuring anything from pin 2 (M+) to ground.

Has anyone run into anything like this in the past, any tips would appreciated as I have no idea where to start, short of checking the entire harness.
