Dude seems level. He looked to be fighting back against people that didn’t read or comprehend his Original Post. The ADD go off on side tangents and need reeling back in to the Original Subject.

 

Thurd Turd (New 4th Gen). You know you’ve gotten near the end when ThurdTurd Drops.

 

He's mostly level, but he completely ignores anything that detracts from his complaints. Many are valid, but some are not. Prime example: 5 lugs.

 

Not sure I'm willing to share the Turd title with the new truck. They need their own thing. That's my shit, and you can't have it!

 

It breaks down like this:


Gen 1
Gen 1.5
Gen 2
Gen 2.5
And the yet to be released, much anticipated Gen 3.

 

I just realized Toyota (with the Tundra) and my parents (with children) were on the same path.
Knocked it out of the park with the first and then were drawing from a depleted gene pool thereafter.

Relatable.
The four of us couldn't be any more different.

#1 - me. Chaotic neutral - Likes to poke the bear, but not terribly invested. Dark humor, often at the expense of others.
#2 - Sister 1 - Chaotic evil - Hates the bear. Hates you. Not opposed to violence, even in her 40s.
#3 - Brother - fully detached - Doesn't care about you, the bear, the horse the bear rode in on. Desires to be left TF alone and takes it very personally when that simple request is denied.
#4 - Sister 2 - Super nice. Sweet and kind and just a generally nice person. Will go out of her way to help others, regardless of their level of familiarity.

 

I can relate to #1 90% of the time, but as I get older I am turning into #3 without taking it personally.

 

I heard that podcast as well, love Josh n Chuck. I thought it was interesting that the accent is basically an f-you to America.

I can understand Clarkson well but when I watch Tom Hardy I usually need subtitles. Especially on Peeky Blinders and that gangster movie where he plays his own twin.

Sometimes I need them for Jason Statham as well.

I hear they're having a huge spike in violent crime in certain urban areas.
Gets real cold in the winter.
Doesn't get real hot in summer.

My brother’s friend lives in Minneapolis, MN. He says during the winter it’s always snowing, even lightly hence the 8 ft or greater snow banks you see regularly.

I turned down a good job opportunity with Western Digital because it was MN and not Irvine,CA which is what I was aiming for at the time. I don’t regret it.

 

What do you want to know? Mom's side of the family is from there. Spent my summers there as a kid. @lsaami lives there.

I had a history teacher from there, very nice lady, that was a good sport about all the kids mocking her accent. And she’d randomly go into detail about weird fish recipes. That was 9th grade. Damn near 20 years ago, but i remembered one.

I like to find excuses to travel to different states. (urban)MN has been in a the news a lot lately, nothing positive. What cool stuff does the state have to offer? The state has never been on my radar to travel to. I am mostly interested in natural design, hills, rivers, lakes that sort of thing.

 

Whenever I think of Minnesota, I think of Vardo, Norway. Nothing to do in the winter other than drinking and snowmobiling...and they're not mutually exclusive.

 

Boundary Waters Canoe Area (BWCA) has a lot to offer.

 

I think Minnesota has daylight in the winter and darkness in the summer at least. Those things are hard to get used to in Northern parts of Norway.

Its such a weird feeling to walk out of a bar at 2am and its daylight.

 

You left out one thing. My mom had 18 siblings so in the winter we assumed all they did was have sex. Farm, Fish and F*ck. That's about all there is to do in rural MN.

 

Duluth is a good place to visit and isn't in the Cities. Lake Superior shoreline scenery, plenty of historic places to visit, aerial bridge, breweries.
