Recently had my check engine light come on and code reader states it's the "Secondary Air Injection System Relay" (PO419) or the Secondary Air Injection Pump.

I bought the part from Autozone, wasn't too pricey ($160), but I hear they're a real pain to install and it might be best to just get a bypass kit.

My question is where can I get this bypass and should I go that route? I did search for answers, but all I could find was old threads for 1st and 2nd gens

    Any help would be appreciated!

If you can do the bypass, I would say go for it. On the 13 DC I had, I was working out of town and my pumps went out, threw the code and a day later went into limp mode. Cost me 1600.00 at the dealer to have repaired.

Thanks for the advice. I ended up calling them and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. I bought the kit yesterday. Excited to get it in because I have to keep disconnecting my battery every day to get it out of limp-mode for a few hours, haha
