Hi All, first time posting but have been checking out the site a bit now and again for some information and finally decided to make a profile as I start to think about some further modifications to my 2008 Tundra SR5 5.7L with 120k miles on it

This is my first truck, got it ~3.5 years ago due to the unfortunate circumstances of my father in law passing away much to early (he bought this truck new and kept it in fantastic shape, never working it too hard), so my wife and I decided to sell my car and keep the truck. This truck has a lot of sentimental value so the plan is to keep it going for as long as possible (and looking good), however it is a bit trickier living in Rochester, NY where we get tons of snow and the roads are heavily salted (also don't have a garage big enough to fit it in right now)

Since I've had it, I removed the plastic bed liner and rhino lined the bed (which was starting to rust), got the tonneau cover, have had the bottom undercoated each year (it was undercoated initially as part of the frame recall so I decided to keep that going given the conditions that we deal with up here and because we want it to last as long as possible), tinted the windows and most recently replaced the OEM chrome and plastic step bars with some new ones in the picture below

Next on the list are new tires and wheels, which I plan to drop to 17s and most likely go with 285/70s for the tires. Also looking to do a slight lift and maybe level, 3" in the front and either 1, 1.5 or 2 in the back (haven't decided if I want to keep a slight rake or completely level it)

If anyone has any recommendations for lift kits (not spacer lifts) and whether to level it or keep a slight rake, please let me know. I was looking at the ones from Toytec based on recommendations I've seen on here (not trying to break the bank). I don't do any crazy off-roading (although the potholes around here might qualify), and the main action it sees is towing a smaller camper, the occasional load of mulch or dirt and then some rougher roads in the Adirondacks near our cabin, but still figure a suspension lift would be better for the truck in general given the age (but open to thoughts on that)

Long post but thanks for reading and for any suggestions!

OME Nitrocharger/2612 (front), Bilstein 5100s (rear). Vanguard roll bar modified (by me) to fit over Patriot Stealth retractable tonneau. Aftermarket halo headlights with HID, various LED bulb replacements. 17" Fuel Blitz wheels with some 33" Nitto terra grapplers. Hoodscoop, nfab nerfbars, Bushwacker flares. No-name aftermarket grille, led fender extensions. Black Horse bambi-basher. Various offroad lights.
Welcome from SoCal. Nice truck. I'm running 17s on 285/70s, looks good, lil bit o rubbin' on the front liner haven't heat gunned yet, so depending on your offset/wheel width expect to maybe bust out a hair dryer :D. As for lifts, lots of options, and Toytec definitely has some very nice ones. I think the standard don't break the bank option is bilstein 5100s all around and you can get alot fancier from there.

Nice thanks for the info! Doesn't sound like it'll be much of an issue at least if I end up going 17s on 285/70s. Definitely have seen those bilstein 5100s mentioned a lot around here as I was doing some research, so will definitely look into those as well.
