I recently purchased a 2011 Tundra with the non-JBL stereo. Wondering if there are any simple upgrades to make it sound any better. Can you replace the speakers to get better sound quality from the stock unit or would this be wasted money?

One possibility is to do this in stages. Upgrade speakers first then the head unit? Is this a good solution or is it apples and oranges?
