I really wish I had pictures of my baja. It was 3 colors(mostly red), had 3 different wheels, had blue front seats, no working gauges or turn signals, and my front windshield was in the back seat because I didn't know how to install it. It was so fun to drive though!

Geez, and I thought my 98 Civic was a piece of junk because the speedometer only worked intermittently. Glad I wasn't riding around with some of you guys!

Back in highschool a friend of mine bought a used 66 Carmen Ghia for his first car. The top was cut off. Most of the gauges and such worked. Actually didn't do too bad offroad. This was in western Orygun which means he drove it around a lot wearing a raincoat............:homer:

I'm actually 6' 9" with the afro, and I prefer the Tundra over the Tacoma.

I had a 2005 Tacoma before my Tundra. I am 6'3 250, not fat, but not skinny somewhat muscular. I never felt cramped in my Tacoma. The Tundra obviously has more room in it, but as far as driving position, I never felt like I didn't have enough room. I didn't even have my seat all the way back. It is a different seating position than a Tundra. The Tacoma, you sat lower with legs more straight out, whereas the Tundra's seat sits up a little higher.

After driving up to Anchorage in a Taco with my dog, I really appreciate the roominess of my Tundra. Tundra for the win! (at least for me)

I am 6'3" about 240lbs. When I was shopping for a truck last December, I opened the door to a Tacoma, CRAWLED into the seat and thought...wow is this tight. Then I opened the door to a Tundra CM, CLIMBED into the cockpit, and thought..wow is this a delight.

Well, we had a Tacoma on order for delivery in about a month and a half. Cruising by my local dealership last night and saw a Taco parked in front. Went in this morning and they received 4 Tacoma’s this week. One TRD Pro in Lunar (which looked very nice), 2 TRD Sports in Army Green and one Limited. The Pro was pre sold from 3 months ago. One of the Sports was yanked up 5 minutes before I got there. He was waiting before they even opened. I quickly claimed the other sport as others were on their way in to see it. It was fun to drive and the Son is super excited.

I had an 03 Taco for a long time, only truck I ever bought new off the lot. $17k, for a fully loaded TRD SR5.... Damn I miss those days. I'm 6'2", 210 and it was a bit tight, but never to the point it annoyed me... other than the windshield height. I always felt like the top of the windshield was at eye level and I had to scrunch down to see well out of it. Other than that it was a very capable truck, and I loved it, other than being a bit under powered. I got T-boned at an intersection and it was a total loss, so I ended up with a Gen 1 Tundra, and never looked back. Way more comfortable for someone my size and build. The Gen 1 is a good compromise on size between the 2, but it won't have the safety features of a newer truck. That said the new Tacos look cramped, but I've never really looked too close at them.

They are defiantly tighter inside. We made sure to get one without a sunroof which provides a bit more headroom.

I'm 6'3" 300 pounds. I bought a 2001 tacoma new, and drove it 275000 miles in 17 years. I wanted a newer tacoma but found them smaller sitting in the driver seat. My shoulder was against the b pillar, and the head room was noticable less. Also some of the 4.0 liter models had the park brake down by my leg. It would constantly hit my shin. Being young he probably want car about confort. However as I got older , it became more important.
